Tasting notes: Bright yellowish colour with some gray highlights. Intense aromatic character of citrus fruits, white skinned tropical fruits and white flower notes. Delicate mouth feel with a pleasant acidity, rich aftertaste and a unique flowery palate.

Pairing suggestions: Pasta with seafood, grilled oysters, fresh vegetable salads, white skinned fruits, strong tasting cheeses.
