Tasting notes: Luminous strawyellowish colour. Intense aromatic character of apricot, peach and tropical fruits, hidden notes of herbs and minerals. Rich in the mouth, balanced acidity and a long aromatic aftertaste. Can be aged for up to 5 years.
Pairing suggestions: Asian food, oven cooked fish, pasta or risotto with seafood, green leaf salads with nuts, white meats with lemon sauce or white sauces and cheeses.
