Ex arnon white
Ex arnon white
Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc Assyrtiko
Wine type: White dry
Location: Marathousa, Chalkidiki
Wine category: P.G.I. Protected Geographical Indication, Chalkidiki
Vinification: Prefermentative cryoextraction and afterwards controlled alcoholic fermentation. Sur lies for 2 months.
Tasting notes: Light yellowish colour with green highlights. Fragrances of white skinned fruits and flowers are clearly evident leaving herbal tones to gradually develop. Very aromatic and fruity taste in the mouth with a very fresh and balanced acidity.
Pairing suggestions: The grape varieties that form the blend make this wine a nice companion with the ‘meze’ of the Greek kitchen, like small fried fish, fried mussels and kalamari , dolmades with grapevine leaves and dishes cooked with Greek extra virgin olive oil.
