Vinification: Prefermentative cryoextraction for 72 hrs, controlled alcoholic fermentation and sur lies for 4 months. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and another 12 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes: very deep ruby colour with violet highlights. A full bouquet of spicy herbs, black olives, sundried tomatoes and black cherries. A full bodied wine with velvety tannins and a very long aftertaste.

Pairing suggestions: Rich, spicy sauces, sausages from the bbq , mature, rich cheeses.

Best served at 16-18 C
