Vinification: Prefermentative cryoextraction for 72 hrs and afterwards controlled alcoholic fermentation with sur lies for 4 months. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby colour with reddish highlights. Aromas of freshly roasted nuts, tobacco, sundried tomatoes and olives. Very rich body with a velvety finishing touch.
Pairing suggestions: Grilled meat, rich red sauces, game and aged soft cheeses.
