Vinification: Prefermentative cryoextraction and afterwards controlled alcoholic fermentation. Interruption of fermentation with sudden temperature drop. Sur lies for 4 months.

Tasting notes: Rose colour with some darker highlights. Fragrances of sweet strawberries, raspberries and sweet herbs. Rich taste in the mouth with a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.

Pairing suggestions: can be well paired with tarts of red fruits, halloumi with capsicum jam, salty cakes, but also simply as an aperitif.
