Vinification: Prefermentative cryoextraction for 72 hrs and afterwards controlled alcoholic fermentation and sur lies for 4 months. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby colour with violet highlights. Red forest fruits, sweet herbs and some vanilla notes. Full velvety body, ripe tannins and a long lasting aftertaste.
Pairing suggestions: Beef fillet, spicy sauces, pork meat with prunes and grilled mushrooms.
Best served at 16-18 C
