Tasting notes: Bright rose color, with persistent strings of fine bubbles. The nose is intense, complex, with aromas of raspberries, mountain cherries and wild strawberry, but also suspicions of yeast and aromatic herbs. Cool, with crisp acidity, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the residual sugar. Extremely long, with a biscuit like aftertaste.

Pairing suggestions: Fruit tarts, caramelized fruit, crème brûlée, Comté cheese, cheeses combined with red fruit jam and chocolate pudding.

Best served at 6-8o C
