Tasting notes: Crystal yellow colour with grey highlights. Strong, rich nose with flavours of exotic fruits (pineapple, grapefruit)and citrus fruits that compose a multidimensional aromatic palette.
Elegant, well-structured mouth, with a pleasant refreshing acidity and a very long aromatic aftertaste.
Pairing suggestions: Fresh green salads, shellfish, fatty fish, grilled poultry with intense white sauce, basil or thyme sauces, asparagus, savory cheeses and lasagna with white sauce.
